Abstract :
According to the color characteristics and texture characteristics of the license plate, a License plate location method based on fuzzy reasoning model is brought up. The algorithm has the image color broken up and then has its edge detected. At length, the segmentation should be merged. Using sliding window method to elect the candidate plate region. And finally extract the plate region with the fuzzy inference model. Experimental results show that the method has the ideal license plate location effect.
