Abstract
Organizational commitment is an emphasis in the study of staff behavior. Based on the commitment and perceived organizational support, the concept of commitment-fit is set up in the paper. And then a model is established to test and verify it. At last, the commitment-fit is obtained on the ground of the principal component analysis.
