Abstract :
The paper presents that the development of new product for mobile communication companies in big customer market should follow the customer demand to cultivate loyalty and unite the innovation and dissemination of new technology to solid market and increase market share. It emphasizes that the goal of new product development is to improve the market share, influence and radiate common market and realize the investment benefit. Also, it puts forward the necessity of step analysis and avoid developing product which is of price-dominated, homogenous with competitor, lack of pertinency and with short-term lifecycle.
