Abstract :
For society´s rising demand of video communication and monitoring, we propose a design and implementation plan of embedded video communication system based on hybrid packetization scheme. The system can run in the embedded Linux system based on a hybrid packetization scheme suitable for poor network conditions and high-resolution video communication. The system uses H.264 for encoding and decoding, in addition, it communicates by RTP protocol and SIP protocol. The system is designed and implemented combining the plans above. The result of the communication proves that the system performs well and meets the requirements of real-time and good communication quality.
