Abstract :
It is particularly attractive to think in the possibility of having a general model from which could be possible to derive specific management methods, projects management methods, management methods of companies, management methods of governments, management methods of NGOs as specialization / instantiation of this general model. In this work a design is proposed: Project Plan Model that could be formally specialized for each ambit of specific problem. The standardization that would be a consequence of the existence of the mentioned general Model, will easy, the generalization of the automation of the management projects. In order to contrast the ideas proposed two domains are formalized and verified, from the Model of general Project Plan proposed: the strategic management methodology that has derived from the concept of Balanced Scorecard and the electronic teaching/learning management methodology e-Learning.
