Abstract
Economic benefits of urban land use of 30 provinces and municipalities in China are evaluated. Using subsystem factor analysis and 9 initial indicators, the evaluation system is transformed into 3 subsystems-"Comprehensive Strength", "Hard Power", and "Real Estate Strength". Meanwhile, economic benefits are analyzed by coordination analysis and cluster analysis. Finally, compared with the exiting studies, the results fit in well with actualities, which indicates that the methods used are of high operability and strong viability.
