Abstract :
For low load relay, high resistance from contaminated films is a very serious problem. Because of the lack of analysis method, manufacturer is hard to control the film resistance. In this paper, a static contact resistance and dynamic contact resistance of contact samples with different coatings have been studied by using resistance probe and actual relay samples. The influence of several protective coatings on contact resistance was evaluated.
