Abstract
To solve short-term voltage stability of power systems, a mathematical model of analyzing short-term voltage stability of power system considering induction motors is established. This model takes one generator as the reference machine, the relative angle difference between other machines and this reference machine are treated as differential variables. Furthermore, in the polar coordinates, a mathematical model of differential equation series is established. This can guarantee that the system would obtain hyperbolic equilibrium points.
