Abstract :
Smart grid as the next generation of the electricity infrastructure has been already widely in study and pilot implementation in China, part of the project has initially formed a small electricity information center, but for valid mining power usage information to monitoring and early-warning for smart grid electricity users, there is no effective platform. Smart grid power monitoring and early-warning system, for mastering information impacting users´ electricity cost, electric utility and system energy consumption, is the core of smart grid electricity information. Building a flexible and efficient, smart and convenient power monitoring and early-warning system for power users is a necessary part of the smart grid information platform as a whole. This article designs a smart grid electric mechanism and pattern of early-warning and monitoring system for the majority of smart grid users, using advanced cloud services solution that is based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise service bus(ESB) to build flexible, efficient, on-demand, and scalable smart grid power monitoring and early-warning services.
