Abstract :
The power condition system based on converter parallel for large capacity battery energy storage is introduced in this paper. For dispatchable battery energy storage system, the problems of power condition system with PQ control under unbalanced grid are emphasized. A new control scheme concerning both grid-connected current quality and circulating current elimination is proposed for power condition system under unbalanced grid. The simulation experiments with MATLAB/Simulink verifies the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
