Abstract :
Harmonics as one of the three nuisance that affecting the power quality, has gradually been paying attention. The maturity of electricity market makes people begin to seek new and reasonable ways from electricity economics to control harmonics. How to reasonably pricing the power quality pollution by harmonic injection is a key issue. A marginal pricing model for harmonics injections considering every order of harmonic and the constraints such as Voltage limit of every node has been put forward in the paper and solved by SUMT exterior point algorithm. Case study on an 18-buses distribution network reveals the effectiveness of this model and shows that it can promote the settlement of harmonic pollutions in power system.
