Abstract :
In order to realize the intelligent processing for equipment abnormal alarm signals, the overall design ideas of the intelligent processing system are described, and the structure and function of the system are designed in this paper, as well its implementation process. And the key technologies are discussed for developing the system as follows: modeling for secondary equipment based on extending the IEC 61850´s logical node in IEC 61970 standard, use the approach of case-based reasoning (CBR) and rule-based reasoning (RBR) to analysis the correlation among the equipment abnormal signals, set the typhoon mode for substation in the system to process the alarm signal when the typhoon happened.
