Abstract :
At present, the business model for E-mobility services has become a core issue. A sound business model should be able to guarantee the sustainable development of E-mobility services and effectively promote the rapid development of electric vehicle (EV) industry. The optimization of overall benefits for the whole industry chain should be the prime principle in the design of business model. A set of metrics for evaluating the overall benefits for the whole EV industry chain are presented, together with a model to realize the evaluation. Based on the evaluation, the advantages and disadvantages of each type of E-mobility services are compared and identified. Aiming at maximizing the overall benefits for the whole EV industry chain, a business model for E-mobility services in China is proposed with consideration of actual national conditions, which would be an effective reference for the next-step construction and operation of E-mobility services network in China.
