Abstract :
The advent of IEC 61850 provided generic hardware platforms with a standard communication interface and left remaining problem is the unified function model that can specifies various software components and provides a framework to integrate them efficiently. The standard function blocks method can provides the unified function model. In this paper we report on the architecture specifies a design template for the executable reservation interlocking scenario. The design makes the reservation interlocking modules executable and integration repeatable, provides for the seamless distribution application and the reuse of the configuration when the same instance occurs. The system of reservation interlocking is simulated in an IEC 61499 execution environment FBDK conducted to prove the feasibility and flexibility of using function blocks method.
