Abstract :
Gansu Jiuquan ten million kilowatts wind power base covers the SVG / STATCOM, TCR type SVC and MCR type SVC. The application effects of these devices need experimental verification, so the device performance test is carried out. Considering the grid structure, the operation of wind farms, referring to the relevant national standard, test items are raised, test methods are proposed. Three compensation devices, SVG, TCR and MCR are chosen and their adjustment range, power loss, dynamic response time and level of harmonic voltage are tested, the features of the three forms dynamic reactive power compensation devices are analyzed.
