Abstract :
This study utilizes structural equation modeling (SEM) to explore the positive effects of corporate environmental commitment on green relationship learning and green human capital which are positively associated with green product innovation in the Taiwanese manufacturing industry. This study selects the external factor, green relationship learning, and the internal factor, green human capital, as two mediators, and discusses their mediation effects on the positive relationship between corporate environmental commitment and green product innovation. The results show that corporate environmental commitment is a driver of green relationship learning and green human capital. This study shows that corporate environmental commitment can positively affect green product innovation performance via the two mediators: green relationship learning and green human capital on the relationship.
