Abstract
In this paper, we present a methodological framework for conceptual modeling of ASC networks. Models of such ASC networks are divided into classes on the basis of the numbers of initial suppliers. Subsequently, we propose to apply so called Vertex degree index for measuring a structural complexity of ASC networks. It is a measure originating from information theory and is based on the Shannon entropy. Finally, we outline a reference model for defining levels of parameterized complexity of ASC networks.
