Abstract :
A symmetrically and asymmetrically controlled Multi-phase high-frequency isolated dc-dc converter with fixed frequency operation is studied and its steady state operation under both control methods are presented using operating waveform and equivalent circuits during various modes of operation. Based on simulation studies, performances of proposed converter for low voltage high current applications are investigated. The simulink model of proposed converter is developed using MATLAB SIM Power System tool box and theoretical concepts are verified with obtained simulation results.
