Abstract
This paper attempts to do research on conference performance evaluation of X-District by questionnaire survey. Studies draw six conclusions. Firstly, X-District conference performance management is at a higher level of satisfaction. Secondly, satisfaction score of X-District conference performance management is not very different. Thirdly, indicators weight should be that the intermediate stage´ is greater than the later stage´ and the later stage´ is greater than the front stage´. But the difference of indicators weight should not be too large, because the three stages´ satisfaction score of conference performance management does not exist significant differences on ¦Á= 0.05 level, and pairwise multiple comparison test supports the same conclusion (¦Á= 0.05).Fourthly, the importance´ score of conference performance indicators is no significant differences. Fifthly, the indicators are divided into three categories by cross-analysis, and weight distribution is that first type of indicators´ is greater than second type of indicators´and second type of indicators´ is greater than third type of indicators. Sixthly, cumulative score method is used to calculate indicators weight. Reliability Test and Validity Test show that conference performance evaluation indicators are more scientific and reasonable. Finally, the article points out the limitations of this study. Conference performance evaluation is of great research value.
