Management Innovation Capabilities Evaluation of Small and Medium-sized High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai

In order to evaluate the management innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Shanghai, a questionnaire of management innovation capabilities evaluation is used in the paper. The study is based on 26 questionnaires collected from those high-tech companies. Analysis results show that the promotion of enterprise management innovation capabilities relied on a series of the construction of dynamic capabilities, which include innovation strategy, innovation culture, management of innovation process, product and service innovation, core technology and intellectual ability, organization structure and partner network. At present, enterprises in Shanghai are more concerned about the field of strategic planning, and are less focused on building up their core technology and intellectual ability. In the future, these enterprises must make greater efforts in the construction of innovation culture, innovation process management and further strengthen their networks of coordination.
