Abstract :
The weapon-target assignment(WTA) is mainly applied in combat decision-making and the integration of command control and fire control. Only satisfactory solution will be obtained in a limited time because WTA is a NP(Non-determinstic Polynomial) complete problem. An improved genetic algorithm(IGA) has been raised with good global optimization ability and high-timeliness in comparison with standard genetic algorithm(SGA) and particle swarm optimization(PSO).
