            Abstract : 
The plasma filled diode is used on pulsed accelerator IGUR-3. The surface dielectric breakdown using the energy of prepulse is the source of plasma in this case. The plasma erosion has been studied using 1-D electrostatic particle-fluid hybrid code. Code results are compared with the experimental impedance measurements.
