Abstract
In this paper we have studied the gain characteristic of a FEL and found that there is a kind of micro — FEL device with super-high gain. This FEL device lies on the far infrared spectrum, it consists of a rf — linac with the electron beam of high brightness, a microwiggler and a capillary waveguide.
