  • Abstract
    The work presents the results of experimental research on microwave microsecond pulse generation in vircator of triode with virtual cathode type. As a result of researches, microwave pulse was formed with the following parameters: 10 cm wave band, 1.1 µsec pulse duration, 1.2 GW pulsed power, 600–700 J pulsed energy and 10–12% efficiency.
