Abstract :
Preliminary estimations demonstrate the possibility to reach the level of 1014 n/s/cm2 for the neutron flux. This flux can be used to study the behaviour of materials of fusion reactors /1/ or to drive into operation a hybrid nuclear reactor /8/.
