Abstract :
Contactless power supply (CPS) system for high speed transportation is becoming more and more attractive. Contactless transformer is the core part of CPS system. With finite element methods (FEM) analysis software Ansoft Maxwell, this paper investigates the influences of secondary coil´s displacement along different directions on mutual inductance M and coupling coefficient k, magnetic field distribution of primary coil as well as secondary coil and transfer performance of flat winding separable transformer which is applied to the CPS system. The results in this paper verify the feasibility of the CPS system for high speed transportation.
