Abstract :
To solve the beam´s parameter products(BPP) asymmetric problems in laser diode array(LDA) output beam in the fast and slow axis, the authors apply stack prism group to shape the beam. By using ZEMAX to carry out the design and simulation, the authors collimate and shape the 980 nm, 1×19 LDA, and finally achieve focusing and coupling into the fiber with the core diameter of 200μm, the NA of 0.22. The coupling efficiency of 95.6% can be reached.
