Abstract :
Web-service-based workflow computing for e-science has emerged as a paradigm to address the traditional challenge of heterogeneous distributed science computations. Workflow management systems based on chemical information are also employed for life sciences to accelerate scientific improvement. We have developed an infrastructure of chemoinformatics Web services that make those approaches efficient. In this paper, we describe a Web service wrapper for utilizing large volumes and various sources of chemical information within chemoinformatics workflows. The wrapper makes isolated applications as part of Web service processes.
