  • Abstract
    A vast number of Protein-Protein Interactions (PPIs) databases and different data formats among them make it difficult for researchers to research PPIs efficiently. We propose the Integrated Query Database (IQD) and Hot-Spot Database (HSD) on CPSE-Bio (PSE-Bio based on Cloud computing) to solve this problem in this paper. The IQD integrates several PPIs databases and researchers can retrieve PPIs in IQD one time rather than in other databases repeatedly. The HSD are also established in order to improve the efficiency of PPIs retrieval. Experimental results show that the IQD and HSD technologies enhance the PPIs retrieval efficiency remarkable.
