Abstract :
P2P-based streaming service has many advantages, such as scalability and load distribution, compared to server-client model. There are two main structures for P2P streaming services; tree and mesh. In case of mesh-based P2P streaming, each stream data is fragmented into fixed size chunk and this size is not changed over the session. In this paper, we present a method for providing adjustment of chunk size adaptively for enhance the performance and service stability.
