Method of providing VoIP emergency service over WiBro

As VoIP service has been popular in home and office recently, it needs to provide emergency call similar to PSTN emergency call service. Emergency service for users has to provide the ability to determine a caller location and to route a call to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) using user´s location information. WiBro network in Korea has been served in main city, and will be deployed in national wide after several years. It also needs to provide emergency call service over WiBro network for the rescue of people. This paper describes on a method to provide emergency call service for VoIP over WiBro.
