  • Abstract
    The proposed scheme is composed of a smartphone, a vehicle equipped with WiFi module and IPCam to work as a detecting robot to explore the unknown environment. On the other hand, the vehicle is designed to be driven by the smartphone with some proper design of control circuit mounted on the vehicle. By the audio-visual feedback signals, the real-time scenario from the detecting area can be shown on the screen of the smartphone which provides the information of the detected environment to guide the robot. Both touch-panel control and smartphone-status control are provided to drive the vehicle with IPCam feedback. Some experimental results will be given to validate the satisfactory performance of the proposed control scheme.
