Abstract :
In recent years, soft sensors have widely applied to quality control of polyolefin process due to the accuracy demand to polyolefin products. Soft sensors make simplify operation of quality control. Soft sensors can compensate intermittent measurement and replace it continuous data. It can also compensate the sampling delay of analyzer unit In this paper, one of improved modeling procedures, examples of estimation model and application hints for polyolefin process are explained.
