  • Abstract
    Caenorhabditis elegans is one of the most ivestigated model organisms. The connections in its neural network were determined. However, almost all synaptic properties being excitatory or inhibitory are not determined. Synaptic properties of C. elegans were predicted with computer simulation. They were obtained for the combinations of environmental stimuli and responses to stimuli. Most of synaptic properties obtained by simulation are similar to those obtained by laser ablation experiment.
