Abstract :
This paper gives simple conditions for checking whether or not given an affine nonlinear control system is differentially flat, in comparison with a condition for a general implicit system to be differentially flat. Through a simple example of an affine nonlinear control system, it is demonstrated that the conditions reduce computational complexity for checking whether or not the system is differentially flat.
