Abstract :
Targeted cyber attacks reverse the thinking of our common sense against plant cyber security. Security measure for plant control systems is an essential component and it for cyber-attacks must be in fine working. For cyber security, it is important to analyze potential risks and promote comprehensive measures. It means that cyber security management is necessary to maintain the integrity and high-level cyber security. In addition, security measures based on the multiple and independent protection layer concept is a need ensuring secure plant control and operation.
