Abstract :
Quality control is the result of the implementation of a supervised project. By comparing the results of the project with the quality standard which is formulated in advance, we can find out the deviation and the reason why it exists; then put forward the improvement measures. In this article, we take the construction project of Highway A, Section III as the research object, using fishbone figure to find out the reasons which caused the quality problems, Pareto Diagram to figure out the major factors, and column diagram to explain some possible improvements in process methods. At last, through the analysis of the quality cost and reasonable quality improvement, we put forward the improvement measures of the quality cost, in order to achieve continuous improvement of the PDCA cycle.
