Abstract :
Based on the survey and some related materials and combined with the “level-four evaluation model” of Curt Patrick this paper introduces a index system which is in connection with the feature of education project which was designed for the staff of the power enterprises and can reflect the training result of those people. This system combined the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation together, focusing on the evaluation of the staffs training. This system employed ex amplification and confirmed that it is practical, acceptable, and easily to popularize. The mathematical logic was adopted by this system and it provided evaluation of staffs´ training in power enterprises with a new method.
