  • Abstract
    This study investigated 128 teams, including 333 employees and their supervisors who came from Chinese Academy of Sciences in China. Questionnaires of Transactional Leadership, Career Satisfaction, and Employee Creativity rated by leaders were used. The multilevel analysis results showed that career satisfaction mediated the relationship between transactional leadership and employee creativity. The results suggested that Transactional Leadership should enhance the career Satisfaction to achieve its effects.
