Abstract :
Based on the theoretical study on quality culture development mode in enterprises,this paper focuses on the construction of quality culture development evaluation system,and extracting thirteen evaluation indexes as characteristic factor in the system. In view of the fuzziness and complexity of the evaluation indexes, the article adopts fuzzy statistic method in determining fuzzy membership. By using the method of multi-target classification based on fuzzy approach degree,this paper established the quality culture development evaluation model, which can evaluate the results of enterprises quality culture development.
