Research on risk evaluation of knowledge sharing among partners in technology alliance based on TOPSIS

Abstract :
In order to improve knowledge innovation capability and sustain knowledge competitive advantage, enterprise strived to cooperate with other organizations and participate in technology alliance networks to satisfy their knowledge needs. But the differences between the partners are the important factors that influence the effect of knowledge sharing, and partners need to bear some risk. It is necessary for enterprises to aware of the influencing factor of knowledge sharing risk and to avoid the risk. So in this paper, influencing factor of knowledge sharing risk in technology alliance is proposed, and the comprehensive evaluation index system is set up. And then a fuzzy multiple index evaluation method basing on TOPSIS is proposed. Finally, an example is given.
