  • Abstract
    This paper based on the robust reliability theory, using interval analysis method for reliability measure. This method only needs to know the boundaries of uncertain parameters, required less data, the calculation is simple. From physics angle and geometry angle analysis the reliability of the electrical products. This paper based on the stress-strength interference model, analysis the robust reliability of a new type of relay. The results showed that this method is simple and practical.
