Abstract

Introduces the design and implementation of a pig farm environmental parameters monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks. It use wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee, embedded platform and technology LAN communication. For the product environment of pig farm, Real-time access the on-site parameters as temperature and humidity, and publish them by WEB. It alarm if the parameters exceed the threshold, and parameters could be control automatically or manually by remote computer. This system can also be used on other occasions such as crop cultivation, livestock production.
