Abstract
Based on the elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication theory, this paper investigates the model of thermal elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication of the straight cylindrical involute gear in the course of transition. It also analyzes the variation law of film pressure, temperature and thickness with change of load by using the multigrid numerical calculating method.
