Abstract
According to the characteristics of sending data on schedule of distributed sensor of transmission lines, a kind of uninterruptible power supply solution using a combination of independent solar power supply, battery and super capacitor hybrid energy storage is put forward in this paper. In this solution, the control strategy of Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) that only sampling the input current is used to achieve maximum power point for solar modules, power converter is used with parallel mode to achieve the battery and super capacitor hybrid energy storage. The new power supply system has a higher energy density and power density. When distributed sensors communicating, at wide temperature range, the new power supply system can instantaneous output high power. At the same time, the solution can make the output current of the battery less volatile, prolong the life of the entire system and reduce the capacity and size of the entire power system, and improve power system stability.
