Abstract
Modern electricity markets in dire need of real-time balancing services began cross-border services. This is associated with rapidly grown trade in electricity on the day-ahead market and trade intraday auction bids for sale of electricity. Mongolian electricity market need to work synchronously with Russia and China, and in this situation requires new approach for balancing services. This paper describes in detail the purpose and operation of balancing the need for services and their structures, types of resource and mapping services to ensure the security of energy supply and services of electricity in real time.
