Abstract
A unique experimental base for conducting field trials of solar energy systems was constructed in Tomsk in 1996. The experimental base includes: TOR-station of atmosphere parameters control (38 parameters), a mobile station for monitoring of PV modules functioning, a demonstrational functioning zone of 240 and 1200 W solar energy complexes and laboratory test benches. In 2009 a 5 kW-power complex for supplying the areas of Tomsk Polytechnic University with electricity was started up. The system of monitoring which controls the power system work has been developed.
