Abstract :
In this paper, semantic cosine similarity based on tobacco agriculture ontology is introduced into SVM to cluster the web agriculture information. Experiments proof that it is more efficient and powerful. The final comparison between search engine based on the algorithm and general search engines, also proof that the algorithm is effective and accurate.
