Abstract
Probabilistic planning is a hot topic nowadays. The planning community has organized the International Probabilistic Planning Competition (IPPC) since 2004. Participating planners presented their best actions every round in the competition. As the accuracy of automated planners increases with time, we suppose the actions selected by majority of votes are most likely to be the best, given enough time. Therefore we proposed a weighted majority of votes and a fuzzy integral combination method for probabilistic planning in this paper. It used the most weighted action as the response to the server every round.
