Abstract
In this paper, based on the concept of core samples set, we give an attribute correlation metric method. Further, combining with Choquet fuzzy integrals, we establish a new fuzzy synthetic evaluation model (denoted as BFM-FSEM) to deal with correlation indexes. And finally we analyze the effectiveness of BFM-FSEM and give its implementation steps through a teaching quality evaluation case. Theoretical analysis and computation results show that BFM-FSEM has good operability and interpretability. So, it can be applied in many fields such as information fusion, synthetic evaluation and fuzzy decision-making.
